About Us

Hello! My name is Megan and I've had the dream of this bakery for over a decade. All of my life I have liked almost every dessert more than cake including: brownies, cookies, rice krispies, cheesecake, pie; you name it! I felt that there needed to be a bakery that would specialize in making desserts out of anything but cake. After this epiphany, I decided that I would need to create this concept; Everything But Cake!

I have been a cake decorator and pastry chef for the last 9 years and have learned all of the tricks of the trade and have found my passion! My husband and I decided to take the leap of faith and go all in for this bakery business and make people happy with exquisite desserts and combinations you won't find anywhere else!
